INTRODUCTION
Electronic Crockmeter / Rubbing Fastness Tester. To determine the color fastness of textiles to dry or wet rubbing. Provided with a crocking finger of 16mm diameter with a downward force of 9 Newtons and the facility for mounting standard crocking fabric. A pinned acrylic sample holder ensures rapid sample mounting and repeatability of results. Fitted with a pre-determined electronic counter for strokes up to 1000. It is electronically driven to minimize operator variation and is designed to enable extra weights to be added for non standard tests.
